Welcome to Jamm Travel. By booking a tour through this platform you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings. A booking is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation code. Please present your code (digital or printed) at the meeting point.

2. Prices. All prices are per person and include what is explicitly listed in each tour description. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings keep the price paid.

3. Punctuality. Tours depart on time from the published meeting point. Late arrivals may not be refundable.

4. Responsibility. Participants must follow the guide’s safety instructions at all times. Jamm Travel carries civil liability coverage for all published activities.

5. Changes. Jamm Travel may reschedule or cancel a departure due to weather or safety conditions; in that case you may choose a new date or a full refund.
